I happen to look at this the other day and realized I have not written anything up here for quick some time. I actually planned to write something for January, but, as you can see, it is February already. This happens when you write for others for a living. So, my blog has not been forgotten so much as I have have very busy for quite awhile. It does not stop the thinking process, nor the random thoughts that I would essay here. It is just that the time from “alarm” to “too tired to keep my eyes open” has happened a lot since 2022. Well, really, since before that, but I do not want to sound too dramatic.

There are some things I just need to journal here. Somewhat like JK Rowland’s pensieve, I should thought dump … so as to speak … here. Let us see how that works.

In the meantime, I will try to remember that I have a blog post and not just social media accounts where I quip dump and make otherwise pithy comments about other people’s posts and pictures.

As if I do not have enough to do…

I have in the works … outlines and stuff … to build 5 maybe 6 study guides and an actual fiction novel. I am not a fan of “down time”. I get bored. And when bored, I come up with other things to do. Like, I need to go on another photo adventure soon…

Cheers!
Doc.

The core of who we are is the heart of a person. It is from there that all of our decisions are made, what we do starts there. It is true that we do not control all of the events that impact us, but how we respond to those events or things reflects what is in us. Our responses or actions show what is in our hearts – that person who we really are.

“… For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” -Luke 6.45

“It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.” -Matthew 15.11

It is not what goes into a person that defiles the person. It is what any person lets out of their mouth that can defile that person.

Things happen. Outside influences impact who we are, who we allow ourselves to be. The influences do not determine who we are. What we tolerate or allow does, and from that place what comes out shows who we have allowed ourselves to be.
– If a man or woman fills their heart with evil, out of their mouths will come evil.
– If a man or woman fills their heart with good, godliness, out of their mouths will come goodness or godliness.

It is a choice. What are you putting in you? What are you allowing in you?

Whether we like it or not, the Bible is true and the God of the Bible is who He says He is. And so are we. We are not free to do whatever we choose. In this life there are actions and consequences of those actions. It is a design intention. Our actions, our decisions have consequence.

The Bible points out some basics of life. If you do not work, you do not eat. If you do not go out and make an effort to get food, you will go hungry. Simple, basic life truth.

Our actions have consequence. What we decide to do and do has impact. Even deciding to do nothing is a decision that has impact and will produce a result. It is a design intention of this world.

We are made in the image and likeness of the God of the Bible.
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion …” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” -Genesis 1.26-27

Made like Him to be like Him.

“Until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” -Ephesians 4.13

“I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.” -2 Corinthians 6.18 ESV

It is not the getting, doing, nor being.
It is being formed into His image and likeness, to be like Him.

And that forming is through challenges in life that cause us to act, to do, to make intention and consequence.

“… in this world you will have tribulation [troubles] …” -John 16.33[b]

You are given situations to manage and situations in which to trust Him.
•It is not the wealth of stuff, things, nor people.
•It IS “how well did you walk with Him; how often you did you prefer Him over everything else.”

How well did you manage your heart: your center of who you are?
It is “heart management”; yours.

No one wants to hear this, but it is true: you are going to have problems and issues in this life. Things are going to happen because you made a decision and acted upon it or someone else made a decision and acted on it which impacted your life. Now you have to live with those consequences. Fear not, Jesus has overcome the world … this system of doing things, troubles and consequence of decision.

“… but be of good cheer, I [Jesus] have overcome the world.” -John 16.33[c]

The God of the Bible is not trying to get you through a “life” on Earth.
The God of the Bible is not trying to get you through a “good life” on Earth.
The God of the Bible is trying to get you through situations that require “heart management”.
The God of the Bible is putting you in situations where you have to manage your heart condition and rely on Him. The God of the Bible wants you to be like Him and to be able to live with Him.

“Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.” -Revelation of John 20.6 NKJV

Jesus will get you saved.
Heart management will conform you into His image and likeness.

“… do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” – Romans 12.2

God wants you to be with Him.
God also wants you to be like Him.

“That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” -John 17.21-24

We are required to manage the contents and intents of our heart; and our resulting actions. This is why the Bible teaches us that if we hated anyone and wished them dead it was just as if we murdered them. The same for any other sin – act separating us from God. It is the heart intent. [Matthew 5.21-22, 27-28; 1 John 3.15,17]

Maybe that is why the Lord told Joshua to meditate on the Law day and night, so that Joshua’s heart management would be easier. [Joshua 1.6-9]

You will not escape it. The God of the Bible will test your heart so that you see what is in it. From the outflow of it you will know who you are like and who you are not like. If you are not like your Father, the God of the Bible, then you are like those lost in the world.

Receive Jesus as Savior and Lord and the price paid at the Cross. Begin a relationship with the God of the Bible from there. He will come into your life, give you His Holy Spirit, and walk with you. He will work with you on all of your issues and shortcomings until one day you reflect Him and His heart. And, that is a good place to be.

To help this ministry, consider a gift to spread the good news of Jesus and the Cross.

I came across this term “transhumanism”. It interested me, so I did some research into it.

Let us start with “humanism” to get a better understanding of where they are going with “transhumanism”. Humanism assumes that the homo sapien is it, the apex specie. To the upset of some, I define humanism as “Man is God”. To understand that, we need to understand “God” is the apex power or entity that exists.

For millennia, for thousands of years, mankind, also known as humans, have looked at their environment and made “gods” or “powers” for those things they could not explain nor control. And it was ever this way until humankind developed enough resources and peaceful or controlled territories to allow for unimpeded, unhindered study and research. With the advent of research and analysis, humankind began to reflect on all that is and began to posit theories. One of those theories that emerged was humans were the apex specie in the cosmos.

Now, under the pantheology system that existed before hand, there were many mythologies or cultural theologies that had “man” descending from the great, unexplainable powers or personification of deities. Many of the NAZI Party leadership of Germany of the 1900s adhered to this occult theology of Aryanism or a master race of pure people, superior to other races, and being descended from the “gods”. The Shinto religion of Japan is similar in that there are claims of descent from their deities. The Greek pantheology has many examples from their literature showing claims of descent from deities.

With humanism, the shift posited was humankind was its own deity or god or power and not an external source. Humanism or “secular humanism” presupposes there is no deity other than humankind. This made way for “evolution” theories and atheism or there being no gods or deities.

As a side note, humanism and secular humanism are supporters of “eugenics” – the social and scientific process of breeding out or removing undesirable characteristics from humankind. Davenport and Sanger are more notable American proponents for eugenics and “birth control” to improve the overall human stock and to remove the “less than” strains of humankind. The Planned Parenthood organization has turned eugenics into a business model under the guise of helping with birth planning and choices, and regularly seeks US federal funding through their lobbyists in Washington, DC.

Many cultures have practiced their versions of human exceptionalism versus “less than” humans. India has its “caste” system. Russia had its noble and serf system. Most of Europe had a noble peer-freeman-peasant-feudal system. Most cultures used these systems of superior-inferior humankind variants to justify slavery and genocide.

Superior humanism worked best for those who had the resources to exert their “superior” humanism on others. If you had the better metallurgy and numbers of healthy warriors, you could exert your superior humanism on others and take their stuff or take them as vassal slaves to your superiority. Human history is full of examples of exerted superiority of one human group against another. Persian expansion in southwest Asia, Greek and Roman expansions around the Mediterranean and southwest Asia, European colonization of Africa, Spanish conquest of America, various Chinese conquests of east Asia, British conquest of Australasia, and others are examples of “superior” human groups exerting their dominance over another human group.

Humanism also posited different human groups as actual different specie groups of human; also known as “racism”. The theory and practice became so prevalent that to “marry outside one’s station” was culturally not done; to the point of death of the perpetrators. In many nations, marrying someone of a “different race” was illegal. The goal was the perpetuation of the purity of the specie. Those of “mixed race” were looked down upon by all; even those of the supposed lower races. “Mixed people” became a third class of humans in some cultures.

Humanism became its own deity. The previous positions of polytheism were no longer considered. Humankind became the “God” or deity; regardless of whichever, whatever deity or theology was practiced culturally. Humanism became the superior theology. Humans would improve or evolve into a “next level” or “superior variant” of the current strain; and this only by conscious, concerted effort by those deemed superior and worthy.

This led to a theory for “transhumanism” being posited: a belief that the humankind can evolve beyond its current limitations through self-development, scientific analysis, and technologic enhancement.

What was originally posited as anthropologic and psychologic theory has become a religious and sociologic fervor to the point of a zeal that accepts no other option. Humankind no longer looked to their gods for transcendence. Humankind looked to themselves as their own transcendence toward being gods themselves. Transhuman theory left the halls of academy to become mainstreamed sociologically acceptable entertainment; which normalized the acceptance of theory as plausible, acceptable, and desirable. Since transhumanism was now “okay” with society, it then also became “okay” to experiment with the theory inside and outside of the laboratory.

Transhumanism’s position is still that “Man is God” and humankind is the apex specie in the cosmos; there fore, it is incumbent and demanded of the specie to improve upon itself. It is mankind at the Tower of Babel, from the Jewish biblical account, trying to make a “name” for itself; rejecting external theism for internal theism.

Many stories, articles for magazines, books, online publications, and video media have popularized the “superior human” or humans who have transitioned from normal to extra-normal, superior. The publisher Stan Lee and partners popularized many “superior humans” in magazine format called comic books. Later in Stan Lee’s life, these comic book superheroes became live-action movies further normalizing, deifying superior humans. Some had external stimuli that changed them; chemical, radiologic, spiritual, or technological. Others had internal stimuli that changed them; their superior entity or alter-ego of themselves. DC Comics came up with their term for these superheroes. They called them “metahumans”. They just became a better version of themselves. George Lucas, the filmmaker and storyteller, came up with his version of superheroes. Lucas called them Jedi or Sith.

Transhumanism further segments society into those worthy and those who are not. The long term goal to develop a better, transcendent human who will be transcendent on all levels. They would be gods to themselves. Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek TV series initially proposed an utopic society of scientists and engineers searching the galaxy for what is out there and ways to improve humankind. Subsequent writers for the television series, books, and movies showed a universe less utopic and more a cosmos of conflict. And, it is out of these discoveries and conflicts that humankind continued to evolve; Adonis, Tristan, Q, Wesley Crusher, and others. Subsequent writers for Lucas’ Star Wars cosmos had Jedi adherents transcending into the Force.

Transhumanism is humankind’s search for significance and hope for a future that may be reachable, attainable, but more likely for future generations. It is utopic piety – a hope for a better future for the specie by improving upon the apex specie currently known and accepted by humankind.

The reality of anthropologic history is humankind in the absence of a moral foundation that values others for who and what they are has been one of exerted dominance, subjugation, and genocide. There have been some bright spots, but remember this… The Great Wall of China was built by slaves. Hadrian’s Wall in Britannia was built by slaves. The pyramids of Egypt, Persia, and Mesoamerica were built by slaves. Slaves come from the subjugation of other human groups.

Humanism, secular humanism, and transhumanism only value those who have the power. Everyone else are victims.

In the pantheon of world religions, humanism and transhumanism follow the same model: there is a power greater than the lessers and all must be subservient to the power greater than themselves.

Judeo-Christianity is the largest and fastest growing religious group in the Earth today. An estimated 2.5 billion people of the estimated 7.8 billion people on Earth adhere to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Why do I bring this up when so many atrocities have been perpetrated in the name of Christianity? I bring it up, because many of these perpetrating the atrocities were Christian in name only. They did not adhere to the teachings of the Bible. It was a politically expedient social construct to use that label.

This will bother some people.

Humanism and Transhumanism make themselves to be “God” – the apex power in the universe; however, that is not the case.

The God of the Judeo-Christian Bible is different in human history from the pantheon of other powers or deities or gods. The word “god” comes from the German word “Gott” or “Godd” meaning mighty one, power, or deity. Latin “deus”, Greek “theos” are other examples for “god”. The biblical Hebrew words are “el” or “eloah” or “elohim”, the latter being the plural. In Genesis 1:1, the God of the Bible introduces Himself as “Elohim” with the letters aleph and tov. Aleph is the first Hebrew letter and Tov is the last Hebrew letter. Essentially, the God of the Bible stated as fact that “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” In the Hebrew, “God” is the English for “elohim aleph tov” [אלהים את]. The God of the Bible started the conversation by stating He is “all powers a to z in one”, and He created it all. Then He went forward with action, signs, wonders, miracles, proofs that He is who He said He is.

Why do I bring this up?

Humanism and transhumanism seek to make themselves “powers” unto themselves; to transcend the current human condition to be something greater, to be something more.

The God of the Bible already did that for humankind. He made humankind in His own image and likeness.

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
-Genesis 1.26-28 King James Version

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
-Genesis 2.7 King James Version

The One who is “all powers” personified made humankind in His image with the goal that humankind would be like Him and be with Him.

Jesus Christ prayed this in the Garden of Gethsemane before He was judged and crucified.

“I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
-John 17.14-24 King James Version

The reason Christianity is the largest and fastest growing “religion” in the Earth is the God of the Bible is Who He says He is; therefore, all else He has said is true.

Where humanism and transhumanism seek to evolve humankind, the God of the Bible seeks to take those who are made like “elohim aleph tov” – all powers personified – and teach them how to live a life worthy of being like Him.

Historically, the God of the Bible created opportunities be like Him and with Him. Those in the Earth before Noah and the Ark went from being in His Presence all of the time to having a mind to pursue evil, to chase after self or harm others all of the the time. Then, God gave a reset. Within three hundred years of the reset, humankind decided to make a name for themselves, exalt themselves, and built a tower to themselves in Babel. The God of the Bible scattered them. Then the God of the Bible gave humankind a set of rules and laws through the children of Israel and Moses. They failed, again, to build a relationship with the God of the Bible, and life became about the rules and their own desires. But, the God of the Bible still cared for His sons and daughters and prophesied one anointed to be the salvation of His people, His offspring.

The name we know as “Jesus” is the Hebrew name “Jehoshua” – God [or YHWH] saves.

“Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
-Matthew 1.18-21 King James Version

“And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.”
-Luke 1.26-31

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”
-John 3.14-17 King James Version

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”
– John 12.32 King James Version

“…I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.”
-John 20.17b King James Version

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”
-Acts 16.31 King James Version

The God of the Bible made a way for humankind to reconnect and live with Him: Jesus and the Cross.

All that is required now is belief that what Jesus did at the Cross was enough to repair the relationship with the God of the Bible and begin again the development into His image and likeness, to be with Him eternally.

Where humanism and transhumanism seek to exalt humankind through humankind’s own ability, the God of the Bible seeks to exalt humankind after His own ability and to make humankind like Him.

“Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”
-John 14.11-14 King James Version

“I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you. Yet a little while and the world does not see Me any more. But you see Me. Because I live, you shall live also. At that day you shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.”
-John 14.18-20 Modern King James Version

Humanism and transhumanism deny the existence or capability of the God of the Bible.

The God of the Bible seeks a life with you, those made in His image and likeness.

It is up to you to decide which life you want.

To those who deny or discredit the God of the Bible and Christianity as just another construct of humankind, simply put Him to the test. Ask Him to show up in your life.

I am well studied and willing to research many things. I have found many evidences in history, in theological discourse, and in personal experiences that the God of the Bible is who He says He is and Jesus Christ is Lord. And all of those things the Judeo-Christian Bible says are true are true.

You should have your own copy of the Constitution of the United States of America.

You should read it periodically and hold your elected officials to it.

Recently, POTUS 46 has made some declarations, mandating vaccinations of employees in companies with more than 100 employees. That is outside the scope of the role of the President of the United States of America.

Recently, the world lived through (some still are) “mask mandates”. This was also outside the scope of the role of the US President to edict or mandate or require outside of the government offices the POTUS oversees.

In the United States of America, the elected or appointed or employed people in government work for We the People of the United States of America. Not the other way around.

There are many immigrants who have come to this country who have grown up under another system of government. In other parts of the world, in those other countries the People are subservient to the government or peerage. They are accustomed to the government directing them. In the United States of America, the citizens are self-directing, individually sovereign persons. Those coming to the United States of America do not necessarily get that, understand that. US citizens are required, have the responsibility of directing their government. Not just in the vote, but in the monitoring of performance and adherence to the laws of the land and the Constitution of the United States.

Now, what has happened over time is multifold.

Those who have tasted power and control want to stay in power and have control; so much so that they convince the People they have no power nor control and must put these people in power back in power to control “things”. They become the “perpetually elected”; aka., elected for life.

Those raised as vassals of the State come to the United States and quickly acclimate to those in power and control to become vassals of the new State. They are the voiceless chattal of the elite; the huddled masses in a new State; aka., victims of a new disorder, different from the last one from which they ran.

Then there are the academians who have theorized from their lofty perches of intellectualism what should be right and just for the individual and the masses; without actually doing any studies to verify their hypotheses. However, if you disagree with them your grades and degree and esteem will suffer. It is a vile power of the emotionally weak subjecting themselves upon the naive and situationally powerless.

Let us add to these groups those nations and political ideologues who do not care for and actively work for the destruction of the “American way of life”. [Which is individual sovereignty, self determination, and no subservience to those in power.] They will use military, espionage, economics, ideology, and academic subversion to destroy what they see as the “uncontrollable” ideological, economic, and military force stopping them from controlling the world. They are the “Brain” from the cartoon “Pinkie and the Brain”, always planning how they can take over the world. Currently, it is a psy-ops operation via social media, televised media, and academic programing to accept their planned version of “status quo” where they have the villas and the masses have the factory floors.

But back to the scope of the role of the US President.

The framers of the United States of America Constitution were pretty smart about it and gave considerable thought to the process. It took a number of years to come up with the right solution for the posterity and immediately upon introduction required 10 amendments to make it a viable solution of government for the States to ratify.

So, we come to the US President.

The idea was to not have a monarch, nor an oligarchy (group of rulers), nor a caste system, nor a peerage of nobles over commoners nor vassals. Enslavement of humans as property was also discussed but not removed until 1863. The idea was to have one of their own, from among We the People, to represent the People. In doing so, limitations were placed on this President (or first among the People) to ensure the President would not become a new style or kind of monarch (solo ruler).

Let us look at some of those roles and limitations.

The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress and, to that end, appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The Vice President is also part of the Executive Branch, ready to assume the Presidency should the need arise. [source: whitehouse.gov]

The Constitution explicitly assigns the president the power to sign or veto legislation, command the armed forces, ask for the written opinion of their Cabinet, convene or adjourn Congress, grant reprieves and pardons, and receive ambassadors. [source: wikipedia.com, Powers of the President of the Unites Sates]

While living and working in the White House, the president performs many roles. These include the following eight: Chief of State, Chief Executive, Chief Administrator, Chief Diplomat, Commander-in-Chief, Chief Legislator, Chief of Party, and Chief Citizen. [source: wikipedia.com, Roles of the President of the Unites Sates]

The US Constitution, in Article 2 and Amendment 12, cover what the scope and role of the US President are. Hint: not a dictator. [source: US Constitution]

Executive power is vested (given to in trust) to the US President.

Must be born in the USA or a citizen when the Constitution was ratified (approved by the States).

Faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of his/her Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Call both Houses of Congress into session or adjourn them.

I keep going over these roles and requirements. In no where do I see a US President can mandate anything other than direct the operation of the United States federal government. Amendment 9 & 10 and the other two US branches of government can shut down a President’s desire to dictate.

Let us review the Executive powers portion of the role of POTUS.

Oxford Dictionary has this to say:
-having the power to put plans, actions, or laws into effect.
-a person with senior managerial responsibility in a business organization
-the person or branch of a government responsible for putting policies or laws into effect

Webster’s Dictionary, 1828, has this to say:
The act of administering; direction; management; government of public affairs; the conducting of any office or employment.
-The executive part of government, consisting in the exercise of the constitutional and legal powers, the general superintendence of national affairs, and the enforcement of laws.
-The officer, whether king, president or other chief magistrate, who superintends the execution of the laws; the person who administers the government; executive power or authority in government.

I am still not seeing where the US President has dictatorial powers.

The US President is not prelate, prince, monarch, arkon, nor king. The US President is not a Cromwell of English history. Nor is the US President a Napoleon, crowning himself king and emperor.

No, the US President is the CEO of the federal government [manages the business of government], chief of State [#1 ambassador to the States and the Earth], commander-in-chief of the military, national guards, and militia [top civilian to which the military report], approver of legislation coming from the US Congress, and ensures the US Constitution and laws are executed faithfully.

Again, I am not seeing anywhere where the US President can dictate or regulate with impunity. If the Congress does not hold the POTUS accountable, and the USSC/SCOTUS do not hold the POTUS accountable, it remains to the People and the States to hold their national government and Executive accountable.

Among Native American people groups there is a parable story about seven grandfathers. Presented here is my fable for the Tsalagi or Cherokee people. In recognition of November in the USA being Native American Heritage Month.

My name is Uheeso-dee-tluhda-tsee, Lone Panther. My father named me after the great cat. My father said he saw the great cat in a dream. He was always nearby and he always watched my mother. She looked at me and asked, “Is it just that easy? At this hour?” I answered, “Yes. Shall we?” I extended my arm. She laid her hand gently on my forearm. In moments we were in a car heading for a late dinner.
