Today’s Manna in the Word:
No longer just me…
For those who have come to a saving grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and accepted for themselves the price paid at the Cross… your life becomes no longer “just me”.
You have come to the realization that real life comes from the Father, the God of the Bible, the God of Creation, and the life given to you now was only possible through the death and sacrifice of Jesus at the Cross.
No joy. I get it. It is not about you.
But, the life we now have is the gift of life from God through Jesus Christ.
So, our new reality is life in God through the gift of life from Jesus Christ.
So, it is not us who live, but Jesus in us who gives us life and righteousness with God the Father.
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
Galatians 2:20 NKJV
Now, let us live by trust, confidence, hope, being persuaded, and faith that what Jesus did at the Cross gives us life with our Father in Heaven, the God of the Bible.
